cow's milk that's free from additives for nutritional benefits.

Problem

Milk2You needed a Facebook ad, Landing Page, and Welcome Email designed and written for their
launch, focusing on establishing the brand’s tone of voice and addressing customer pain points.

Solution

I conducted customer research to identify pain points related to processed milk and leveraged them as
a key value proposition in the Facebook ad to capture attention. I then structured
the landing page for optimal conversions, then reinforced the customer’s decision in
the email with a personalized message.
